Hello… We are
SOL Growth

A GCC growth company that builds the engine, runs it, and reports every number it produces — for Health, Retail, Real Estate and Hospitality.

“We don't sell campaigns. We build the system that makes growth repeatable — and we show you every number it produces.”

Most brands in the Gulf are not short of marketing. They are short of a system — one place where the strategy, the content, the media spend, the customer conversation and the money all connect, and where the result can be checked rather than claimed.

We built SOL Growth to be exactly that. Not an agency that hands over a monthly folder of posts, but an operating system your business runs on: live in fourteen days, producing customers by day twenty-one, with a portal you open yourself to see what we did and what it earned.

In a region moving as fast as ours — Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia, an economy rewriting itself across the GCC — the brands that win will be the ones that can measure their own growth. That is the work we do.

Why SOL Growth

Most agencies sell
you activity.
We sell you a
system.

An agency's incentive is to look busy. Ours is to make one number move — the money your business actually collects. So we built the company backwards from that number.

  • One team, end to end. Strategy, film, design, media buying, the customer conversation and the reporting all sit under one roof. Nothing is subcontracted into a black box.
  • Built per industry, never per template. A clinic and a fragrance house do not sell the same way, so they do not get the same funnel, categories, language or report.
  • You own everything. Your ad accounts, your CRM, your content, your data — in your name, from day one. Leaving us costs you nothing but notice.
  • Return is read on collected cash. Not impressions, not leads, not invoiced revenue. Money in the bank.
About us

Build.
Run.
Prove.

SOL MEDIA W.L.L · CR 188279-1 · Kingdom of Bahrain. Operating across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.

SOL Growth is a verticalized growth operating system — a single connected engine for the four industries we know deeply, rather than a general agency for everyone.

We build the engine: positioning, brand, booking website, content system, CRM and the tracking underneath it. We run it: filming every month, publishing on approval, buying media, answering customers on WhatsApp, recalling the ones who went quiet. And we prove it: a live portal and a monthly report that reads return on collected payments only.

The result is a business that can see its own growth — where the marketing is not a cost line taken on faith, but an operation with a number attached to it.

01

One team, end-to-end

Strategy through reporting, in-house.

02

Approval-first

Nothing publishes without your sign-off.

03

Transparent by default

The portal shows what a report could hide.

Core values

The five we hire and fire on.

P — PrecisionEvery number traced to the source that produced it.
R — ResponsibilityWe own the outcome, not the activity.
O — OwnershipYour accounts, your data, your assets. Always.
O — OpennessWe show the numbers a report could hide.
F — FocusFour industries, done properly. Not forty.
Mission & vision

Where we're going.

Mission

To give every business we work with a growth engine it can see, measure and own — replacing marketing taken on faith with an operation that reports its own return.

Vision

To become the growth operating system of the Gulf — the standard infrastructure that ambitious clinics, brands, developers and hospitality groups run their growth on, from Manama to Riyadh to Dubai.

The operating system

Not scattered services — one connected engine.

Six stations on one rail. Each hands the next a finished piece of work — and the last one hands you a number.

01

Strategy

90-day goals, vertical positioning, and a funnel we can actually measure.

→ positioning
02

Content

Filmed monthly, written in your customer's dialect, approved before it publishes.

→ approved assets
03

Paid media

Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google — optimised weekly against cost per booking.

→ tagged leads
04

SOL CRM

WhatsApp booking, recall, loyalty and referral. Every interaction logged and tagged.

→ bookings
05

Reporting

A monthly report that arrives before you ask, on collected payments only.

→ collected cash
06

Your portal

The money map, the bookings and the deliverables — live, Arabic-first.

→ the truth

The handover between stations is the product. Most agencies lose the customer between the ad and the reply; the engine is built so that gap does not exist.

Inside the system

Seven layers. One account.

LAYER 01

Positioning

Who you are to a customer, and why they should choose you over the clinic or the brand next door.

LAYER 02

Brand & presence

Identity, booking website, profiles and listings — the surfaces a customer checks before they commit.

LAYER 03

Content engine

A locked monthly calendar: filmed, designed, written, approved, scheduled, published.

LAYER 04

Demand

Paid media, creators and search — buying attention against a cost-per-booking target, not a CPM.

LAYER 05

Conversion

SOL CRM, WhatsApp booking, the front desk script, recall and no-show recovery. Where leads become revenue.

LAYER 06

Retention

Loyalty, referral and review engines that make the second purchase cheaper than the first.

LAYER 07

Intelligence

Attribution across 20 tracked sources, the money map, and the monthly report you can audit.

Four verticals, one system

Built for how each industry actually sells.

01 · HEALTH

Clinics & Aesthetics

Dental, derma and aesthetics. Lead → booked → arrived patient, with recall built in and every claim run through a regulatory gate.

02 · RETAIL

Retail & Brands

Boutiques, fragrance and lifestyle brands selling over catalogue, storefront and WhatsApp — with basket size and repeat rate as the target.

03 · REAL ESTATE

Developers & Brokerage

Enquiry → qualified viewing → documented reservation. Long cycles, high ticket, and an agent team that has to be fed properly.

04 · HOSPITALITY

Restaurants & Venues

Reservations, delivery and guests who come back. Social to seated, with covers and repeat visits as the number that counts.

Each vertical gets its own categories, funnel stages, language and report template — never one generic dashboard renamed four times.

Our
Family

The people who build it, run it and answer for it.

How we staff

A pod, not a
pool of freelancers.

You meet your people at kickoff. They stay on the account. Capacity is modelled per role, per client, per month — so nobody is quietly carrying twelve accounts.

ALWAYS ON

Your account manager

One name, one number. Owns the plan, the calendar and the monthly review.

ALWAYS ON

Performance marketer

Owns the media budget and the cost per booking. Optimises weekly, not monthly.

ALWAYS ON

Content pod

Strategist, designer, editor and Arabic copywriter working to a locked calendar.

ALWAYS ON

Booking team

Trained on your service list and prices, answering in your customer's dialect.

THE GUARDRAIL

Contractor work is capped, in writing

No more than 45% of an account's delivery may sit with contractors in any period. It is enforced in our own system, not promised in a meeting — because an account quietly outsourced is an account quietly degraded.

Our
Services

Twelve capabilities. One connected engine — never a menu you assemble alone.

We don't source it.

Managed like a
sales channel.

Planning, publishing, community management and inbox response across every platform your customers actually use. A comment is a lead, a DM is a booking — so both are answered inside working hours, by a human who knows your prices.

SOL CRM — the conversion layer

Where most agencies
hand you a lead.

And where we keep working. WhatsApp booking flows, automated recall for customers who went quiet, no-show recovery, loyalty and referral — every conversation logged and tagged, so the report can tell you which ad produced which sale.

converts, not just looks.

Creators chosen for
audience, not reach.

Public relations & reputation

What people find
when they check you.

Corporate messaging, media relations, launch and event publicity, and an active review engine — because in this region the last five reviews decide more sales than the last five campaigns.

Sometimes the fix
isn't more ads.

A structured diagnostic across acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing and team capacity — which returns the two or three changes worth making, ranked by what they are worth. We will tell you when the answer is not to spend.

Brand activation & events

The launch, and the
week after it.

Openings, pop-ups, seasonal activations and sponsorships — concept through production, with the media mix, the creator plan and the capture list agreed before the doors open, so the event feeds the engine instead of ending with it.

The activation timeline

Signature to your first customers in 21 days.

Parallel workstreams with named windows — so you always know exactly where your project stands.

Day 0–2

Kickoff & access

Kickoff call, brand assets, and partner-level access to your own accounts — we never take your passwords.

Day 4–8

Audit & strategy

Full account audit, then positioning, funnel and the 90-day plan approved by you in writing.

Day 14

SOL CRM, WhatsApp booking, tracking and the first month's content calendar all running.

Day 21

First customers

Campaigns live, the booking team trained on your prices, and the live numbers begin.

SLA

3 business days

Your approval window on any asset. The clock pauses while it's with you — and we say so in the report.

The monthly retainer is shared in a short meeting, once we understand which plan genuinely fits. Ad budget is separate — paid by you directly to the platforms, never SOL revenue. These figures describe what a plan contains; they are not projected results. Health also has a single-practitioner plan.

Studies

Published only with the client's written permission — and only on collected payments.

How we report a result

Four fields.
Including the
uncomfortable one.

Anyone can show you a good month. The fourth field is why our case studies are worth reading — and why clients trust the first three.

FIELD 01

What ran

The channels, the period, the content volume and the budget band. No result means anything without them.

FIELD 02

The headline number

One number, and an exact statement of what it measures — collected payments, booked appointments, or reservations.

FIELD 03

How it was measured

Source of truth, attribution window and what was excluded. Auditable, not asserted.

FIELD 04

The honest caveat

What did not work, or what does not generalise. Every case study we publish carries one.

Results are never guaranteed to repeat, and we say so on every case. A client's category, location, pricing, capacity and reputation all move the outcome more than we do.

How we report

The rules we
hold ourselves to.

These are enforced inside our own system — not stated in a meeting and forgotten in month four.

  • Return is read on collected payments. Not impressions, not leads, not invoiced revenue — money that reached your account.
  • Your budget never touches us. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platforms, from accounts in your name. No markup, no rebate, no intermediary.
  • Nothing publishes without approval. Every asset waits for your sign-off, and the SLA clock pauses while it is with you.
  • Claims go through a compliance gate. Regulated categories — health above all — are checked against NHRA, Saudi MOH and SFDA rules before a word goes live.
  • A bad month is reported as a bad month. With what we think caused it and what we are changing.

All targets and indicators in our materials are measurable working goals — not promises or guarantees of specific results.
